Regular Member Options
We play three 14-week terms a year (with a summer break mid-July to early September):
- £65 per term - Simple pay-as-you-go option.
- £180 full year (save £15) - Best value for regular players — covers all three terms.

We play at St Barts School, Newbury. Lots of free parking at the school just outside the hall. Shuttles provided. Just bring comfortable clothes, non-marking trainers, a drink, and a racket.

What’s it like at St Bart’s?
You’ll find relaxed, sociable badminton—no leagues, no pressure. It’s perfect for friendly evening games in central Newbury. Join us for a fun and welcoming experience!
Will I be welcome if I am a beginner?
Yes, The club is ideal for newbies who may have played a few times with friends and those returning to the game. We provide rackets (as long as you let us know in advance) and shuttles, so there's no need to invest in equipment right away. Just come along and enjoy!
Can I just turn up?
Absolutely! Just wear indoor trainers, comfy clothes, bring a drink. No need to book—drop in whenever you can. If you would like to drop us a line to let us know you are coming then we can look out for you.
What’s the cost?
See our pricing section. First night is free. Otherwise it’s payable by bank transfer or on the night.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is just outside the sports hall. As you arrive through the school gates, park either side of the road. Then head for the main entrance and the sports hall entrance is on your left.
Can juniors play at the club?
No this club caters only for adult players. There are other local clubs that run junior sessions.
